Lentils
are widely use in Indian cuisine. It contains high amount of protein. I love
lentils because it is cheap and easy to cook.
We decided to go vegan
last weekend and so I made carrot lentil soup as dinner!
The soup is easy to
make. It tastes pretty good :D

lentils, wash and soak for 30 minutes

and salt and stir for about 1 minutes.
