It is a quick and healthy breakfast for a lazy. It literally took about 10 mins to prepare.
Ingredient:
1 avocado
a handful of cherry tomato, chopped
2 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoon of feta cheese, crumbled
Method
1. Place the halved avocado in a bowl, use fork to mash it
2. Add lemon juice, crumbled feta, chopped parsley, dill and tomato. Mix well.
3. Smear the smashed avocado onto toasted sour dough bread.
